New glass in the frame you already have. Measured on site, fitted cleanly, and with the mess taken away when we leave.
If the frame is square and sound, there is rarely a reason to replace the whole window. We remove the old glass and glazing, clean out the channel, fit the new pane and reseal it. Aluminium and timber frames are both routine.
If the frame itself has failed, we will say so before you spend money on glass that will not sit properly in it.
A straight swap is not always the right answer. Bathrooms and low-level windows may need safety glass under AS 1288. Obscure glass keeps a street-facing bathroom private. Laminated glass holds together when it breaks, which many people want after a break-in. We will talk you through what fits the opening and leave the choice with you.
Send a photo or call. We measure on site, or take your measurements for a guide price first. Standard glass can often be sourced quickly, and toughened or laminated glass is made to order. On the day we protect the area, remove the old glass safely and leave the place neat, which customers often mention in their reviews.
Recent jobs have used 6.38 mm Comfort Plus Grey laminated glass, Grey Sunergy Low-E glass for solar control and insulation, obscure glass for bathrooms, and clear laminate where safety matters. One sidelight broken by a mower was replaced with clear laminated glass for that reason. We can also swap frosted glass for clear to bring in more light.
Noticing a draft or moisture around a window? The rubbers may be worn, and replacing them is often all it needs. We also fit pet doors of all sizes into glass.

Housing changes a lot across our patch. Newer estates around North Lakes and Mango Hill usually have standard aluminium windows, while Sandgate, Nundah and parts of Petrie still have older timber sashes that take more care. We measure each one rather than assuming a standard size.
